Stacks of Colour

This is taking me an age to quilt. So I've taken the liberty of thinking about the next one.

It may or may not involve any or all of these. I am trying to get my head around whether this is madness or something else. Pondering the sheer unbridled riotousness of it all. But then, at the same time I do kind of like it.

What is happening to me? Is it the feeling of spring - and maybe even summer - in the air? There must be some good reason for the floral-freight-train you see above.

Whatever happens - whichever stay and whichever get sidelined for another day - there will need to be a couple of solids thrown in to temper it a bit. I think.......although the longer it sits there, the more the freight-train is tempting me to jump on board.

But the final decision is for another day....

Thanks for reading. I would otherwise feel slightly stranded with my musings.

Your comments on (almost) any subject are welcome. Floral or otherwise.

  11. Since some of those are more of a tone on tone subdued look, I think it would be great together.

  13. Oooh, such beautiful fabrics!
Picking fabrics can turn me into a head-case too. I wonder "is this too crazy," "is this too boring," "is this too colorful," "is this not colorful enough?" And it goes on and on and on.
