Snippety Snip - a mini reaches it destination

Remember the paper pieced scissors? Yep? Nope?

Well my mini quilt for the FTLOS swap finally reached its destination! Whoop!

My lovely partner LethargicLass seems to love it too - and that's the main thing.

I think I'll be making another pair of scissors for myself pretty soon....and maybe I'll do a pattern/tutorial for anyone who wants it.....if I can get my backside into gear. I'm not gonna lie, there are a few fiddly bits, but you can definitely do it! No sweat!

What do you think? Any takers for a tute/pattern?

  1. Oh you had LethargicLass - now I remember her inspiration mosaic because it had a lot of silhouettes! You have done an amazing job and a great interpretation. I`m still waiting....patiently...or not.

  5. Love your scissiors! Seriously, they are amazing!
Having done two paper pieced blocks I am beginning to get my head around the possibilities of the technique and am becoming more excited about it all the time. A tutorial would be great :-)
